21 Day Fix Extreme Challenge...Accepted

Still kicking and breathing...last year was a trying year towards the end and really pushed me to the limits mentally.  Now that has past I am back to being focused on pushing myself mentally and have signed up for the 21-Day Fix Extreme challenge starting February 17, 2015.  I completed the 21-Day Fix challenge last May and lost 10lbs without sticking to the strict eating habits or drinking Shakeology daily (which by the way I am personally not a fan of...).  To help stay on track with eating as well as workouts, I created a simple meal plan...



The ones with "*" are recipes from the 21-day Fix Eating Plan guide.  It may not be the "perfect" plan but it's definitely a start and stuff that I know I can eat and will enjoy.  For the 21 days, there will be no wine (not that I drink it that often anyways), no chocolate (nooooooooo), and I am going to attempt to not have any cheese either (which normally would be a "blue" container).  This should be interesting and I'm hoping to at least get back to a good starting point on my journey to becoming healthier.
