Stromboli Success!!

Tonight I decided to make Stromboli for my husband and myself.  It was a last minute decision, but turned out wonderful and is really inexpensive (once you have the pepperoni and mozzarella cheese).  Here is the recipe and some pictures! Enjoy!

1 package Pillsbury crescent dough sheet
pepperoni
mozzarella cheese
Italian seasoning

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.

Unroll dough sheet.  Place layer of mozzarella cheese.  Layer pepperoni on top of mozzarella (I used 4 slices per row).  Place another layer of mozzarella cheese.  Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.

Roll dough having pepperoni in each layer.  Cook Stromboli for 15 - 17 minutes (I did 15 and the middle was a little bit doughy but I didn't mind).

Serve with a side of spaghetti/pizza sauce and enjoy!
